Job summary

E-TALENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Inventory Support Coordinator to maintain accuracy across inventory records and perform cycle counts at our Singapore site. You will monitor stock levels, investigate discrepancies, and support system users in SAP and WMS.

Responsibilities include generating inventory reports, assisting with process improvements, and ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety requirements. Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm, on-site role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• SAP and WMS familiarity is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle counts and stock takes.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and perform inventory reconciliation.
• Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory data and transactions in SAP and WMS.
• Support system maintenance, user access, and troubleshooting.
• Provide system and process training to the operations team.
• Coordinate inventory-related matters with customers and internal teams.
• Handle product destruction, documentation, and system updates.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain related records.
• Support system improvement and process development projects.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Work Location: 5 Tai Seng Dr
Working Timing: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 (subject to experience)
