Job summary

SHAHITH AR RAHEEQ PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Store Keeper to manage stock, coordinate deliveries, and support store operations for the hotel.

You will maintain accurate records, monitor inventory levels, and work with Purchasing to ensure timely replenishment while upholding hygiene and safety standards. You'll handle par levels, perform regular audits, and ensure proper storage of food, beverage, and general stock.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in retail management, marketing, or related fields.
• Well experience in retail management or sales.
• Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and budgeting processes.
• Proven ability to develop and implement retail promotion strategies.
• Positive, friendly, and organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Receive and forward all types of goods and deliveries to the correct storage area.
• Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the store's area of operation.
• Monitor and take inventory on a regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs.
• Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper stock levels.
• Verify all goods arrived as per the purchase and delivery notes.
• Store storage of food & beverage and operational stock.
• Ensure hygiene and upkeep of storage facilities.
• Assist with inventory audits and reports.
• Work with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Resolve vendor delivery issues and oversee returns.
