Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant I, Stock Control at our Aero site in Singapore. You will monitor demand and issuance of inventory to ensure materials are available for production and coordinate with production teams.

Responsibilities include managing stock records, processing stock movements, performing stocktakes, updating MRP settings, and generating inventory reports. The role requires proficiency in Excel/Word, familiarity with SAP, and strong interpersonal skills to handle

Qualifications

• Proven interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle challenging customers professionally.
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Familiarity with SAP and data reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor demand and issuance of inventory items with precision to ensure materials are available for production without delays.
• Process and manage all production demands efficiently, coordinating closely with the production team to meet their requirements.
• Monitoring accurate record of inventory and stock management system.
• Conversion of stock from SBUs. Including raising CV, arranging for transportation and managing transport adhoc form.
• Handle the processing and monitoring of parts returned from production, ensuring proper recording and timely updates in the system.
• Prepare and execute stocktake plan include processing physical inventory documents and preparing stocktake report.
• Prepare inventory status, issuance, returns, MOQ, stocktake and shelf-life reports and other ad hoc requests.
• Update Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) settings as requested by the Material Planning team.
