Job summary

STELLAMARINA PTE. LTD. is seeking a full-time Inventory Clerk to receive and verify goods, input delivery orders, and maintain stock records in Bedok, Singapore. You will support monthly stock takes and generate reports while communicating with suppliers and internal teams. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is required.

The role requires Singaporean or PR status, immediate availability, and strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an O'Level Certificate.
• Singaporean or PR only.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Basic understanding of inventory processes and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods from suppliers and verify against delivery/purchase orders.
• Accurately key in delivery orders and other documents into the inventory system.
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock movement and transactions.
• Assist in monthly and ad-hoc stock takes and reconcile with system records.
• Generate inventory reports and communicate stock issues with suppliers/departments.
• Provide general administrative support including photocopying, scanning and filing.
• Ensure data entry and records follow company procedures and preserve confidentiality.
