Job summary

Quesscorp Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our procurement team. You will prepare weekly inventory reports, forecast needs, and coordinate with forwarders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires at least a diploma or degree in any discipline, with 2+ years in procurement or logistics and a track record in supervisor or managerial functions. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline, Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' procurement or logistics experience with at least 2 years in supervisory/managerial level.
• Experienced in WMS, SCM and planning skills.
• Customer focused.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Able to cope with a fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & Submit Weekly Inventory Report & Forecast to Managing Director
• Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased product, delivery information and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Manage store transfer and stock adjustment effectively upon request
• Other Ad Hoc projects or responsibilities as required.
