Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced planning leader to head the stowage planning team for Intra Asia services. You will optimise vessel capacity, cargo intake and crane productivity while ensuring safe, compliant operations and positive customer outcomes.

Collaborate with regional operations, ocean network product and terminal operators to improve service delivery, manage resources and develop the team. Eligible to work in Singapore and lead with a data-driven, collaborative mindset.

• Extensive stowage planning experience across Intra Asia networks.
• Proven leadership and coaching ability.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage competing operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team and optimise stowage plans for Intra Asia services.
• Monitor vessel capacity and crane productivity with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with regions and terminal operators to improve service delivery.
• Identify risks early and coordinate preventive actions.
• Manage first-level escalations and information flow to regional manager.
• Plan resources, rosters and leave for effective deployment.
• Drive operational excellence through SOP changes and technology adoption.
• Stay current on processes, policies and standards.
