Job summary

Mediacorp is seeking a creative Trade Communications Executive to support our marketing team in Singapore. You will craft copy for newsletters, invites, EDMs and brochures, and coordinate with internal teams on trade communications and client outreach programmes.

You will assist with events, monitor RSVPs, prepare post‑campaign reports, update the Trade Website, compile case studies and support budgeting and campaign reporting.

Qualifications

• Copywrite and vet trade materials such as newsletters, invites, EDMs, brochures.
• Coordinate with internal teams on trade communications and client outreach programs.
• Plan and manage events, track RSVPs, and produce post-campaign reports.
• Maintain and update trade website and compile relevant case studies.
• Prepare reports for digital campaigns and assist with budgeting/expenses.
• Update client database and support media planning/production briefs.
• General administrative support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Business writing skills with a flair for creativity

• Building exposure through media planning/booking, as well as TV, Video & Radio commercial production from creative briefing, scripting, filming to recording
• General admin
