Job summary

BHP Technology Internship Programme in Singapore offers a 6-month, hands-on experience across AI, automation, cybersecurity, cloud services and more. You will work on real projects, receive mentoring, and develop technical, analytical, and professional skills while collaborating with fellow interns on a team project.

Eligible interns are current university students in relevant fields, with opportunities to learn leadership and technical skills that translate into future careers.

Qualifications

• Current university student in one of these fields (Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science and Data Analytics, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing & Networking).
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities

Our dynamic 6-month Technology internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience working on real projects that help shape the future of technology. You'll be exposed to a range of initiatives, from AI and automation to cybersecurity, cloud services, digital trust, and emerging technologies, while learning how technology enables business outcomes at scale. Through a combination of hands‑on project work, mentoring, and formal development opportunities, you'll build valuable technical, analytical, and professional skills. You'll also collaborate with fellow interns on a team project, applying your knowledge to solve real-world challenges and deliver innovative solutions.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for exceptional interns who are focused, resourceful and wants to work in a performance driven culture. To be eligible for the Technology program in Singapore, you must a current student at a university and studying in one of the following fields (but not limited to):

• Cybersecurity
• Information Technology
• Computer Science and Data Analytics
• Software Engineering
• Cloud Computing & Networking
