Job summary

OCBC invites you to join as a Digital and Data Enablement Intern in Singapore. You’ll work with HR technology to drive digital transformation across the employee lifecycle, leveraging Workday and data insights to improve employee experiences and operational excellence.

You’ll collaborate with HR and technology partners to deliver data-driven improvements. You will gain hands-on experience with HR platforms, develop analytical skills, and contribute to initiatives enhancing HR services.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Curious, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• HR Systems Management: support maintenance, configuration, testing, and enhancement of HR platforms including Workday.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: assist in analysing HR data, preparing reports and dashboards, generating insights.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: translate technical concepts into user-friendly guides and materials.
• Digital HR Transformation: contribute to initiatives that improve HR processes and employee experience through technology-enabled solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with HR teams, business users, and technology partners to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance usability and efficiency.
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other digital HR and data initiatives.
