OCBC in Singapore is seeking an AI Development Intern (Microsoft Copilot Studio) to explore enterprise AI solutions. You will design, build, and prototype AI agents that support HR and business use cases.

Work with HR, technology, data, and business teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Generative AI, RAG, and agentic workflows while contributing to production-oriented projects.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio for HR/business use cases.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts, agent instructions, and workflows.
• Assist with integration of AI agents with Microsoft 365, APIs and data sources.
• Experiment with Generative AI, RAG and multi-agent workflows to address business needs.
• Prototype AI-powered solutions to automate tasks and improve processes.
• Help validate performance and refine workflow logic and exception handling.
• Collaborate with HR, technology, data, and business teams to translate use cases into prototypes.
• Maintain documentation on designs, data sources, testing outcomes and lessons learned.
• Support responsible AI practices including privacy, security, governance, and oversight.

What You Do

• AI Agent Development: Design, build, and enhance AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to support HR and business use cases.
• Prompt Engineering: Develop, test, and refine prompts, agent instructions, conversation flows, actions, and orchestration logic to improve user experiences and outcomes.
• Integration & Automation: Support integration of AI agents with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
• AI Innovation: Experiment with Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic workflows, and multi-agent solutions to address business needs.
• Solution Prototyping: Build and test AI-powered solutions that automate tasks, retrieve information, and improve business processes.
• Quality & Optimisation: Validate agent performance, troubleshoot issues, improve response accuracy, and refine workflow logic and exception handling.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, technology, data, and business teams to translate use cases into working AI prototypes.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain documentation on solution designs, data sources, assumptions, testing outcomes, and key lessons learnt.
• Responsible AI: Support the application of responsible AI principles, including privacy, security, governance, accuracy, and appropriate human oversight.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
