OCBC Bank Singapore invites applications for a Digital Markets Intern to gain hands-on experience across data analytics, AI initiatives, and digital assets within Global Markets.

You will collaborate with business, technology, and product teams to support digital trading platforms, automate processes, and develop dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant degree in data science, computer science, information systems, statistics, business analytics or related field.
• Strong interest in technology, digital innovation and financial markets.

Responsibilities

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• E-Commerce Support: monitor digital trading platforms and live trading engines, support daily operational processes, perform reporting activities, and assist in troubleshooting and system enhancements
• Process Automation: develop and enhance automation solutions using Python, macros, and other digital tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability
• Data Analytics: prepare, analyse, and validate datasets to generate business insights and support decision‑making across Digital Markets initiatives
• Dashboard & Reporting Development: build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisation tools using platforms such as Power BI and Tableau
• Data Management: support database automation, data structuring, and data quality initiatives to strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities
• Artificial Intelligence Initiatives: assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI and analytics to streamline processes and improve business outcomes
• Digital Assets Research: conduct market research and analysis on developments within the digital assets ecosystem, emerging technologies, and industry trends
• Project Coordination: support project implementation activities, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communications for digital products and new platform initiatives
• Event & Engagement Support: assist in coordinating internal and external events, workshops, and activities related to digital assets and innovation initiatives
• Ad‑hoc Projects: provide support on strategic initiatives and business transformation projects as assigned
