WHAT YOU DO

• Front Office Technology Support: support trading and sales desks by providing tactical solutions to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and user experience
• Process Automation: develop and enhance automation solutions using Excel VBA, Python, AI tools, and other technologies to streamline manual workflows
• Data Analytics & Reporting: analyse business data and develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making and business monitoring
• Dashboard Development: create and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualisation tools to provide actionable insights
• Solutions Design: collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and support the design and implementation of technology-enabled solutions
• Quality Assurance & Testing: assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), quality assurance activities, and validation of new enhancements and fixes
• Monitoring & Operational Support: support monitoring activities and perform analysis to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements
• AI & Innovation Initiatives: leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to explore innovative solutions and enhance business productivity
• Project Support: participate in strategic projects and transformation initiatives, providing analytical, technical, and operational support
• Ad-hoc Tasks: support additional business, analytics, automation, and technology-related initiatives as assigned

WHO YOU WORK WITH

The Business Management Unit and System Solution Analytics teams partner closely with Global Markets businesses to drive operational excellence through technology, data analytics, and automation. You'll work alongside business managers, developers, analysts, and front office stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that support trading, sales, and business management activities. Through this role, you'll gain valuable exposure to financial markets, front office operations, and the application of technology within a leading financial institution.
