Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited's International Wealth - Premier team seeks a senior leader to mentor and inspire a high-performing wealth team. You will drive sales and service excellence, coach staff to optimise financial contributions, and ensure adherence to marketing guidelines and compliance standards.

Responsible for managing operational risk, improving customer experience initiatives, and contributing to profit growth within a premier wealth platform.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' experience in banking/financial services with a strong track record in financial product sales and team management.
• Proven ability to manage teams effectively and drive performance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with initiative and drive.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

What you do

• Ensure that RMs adhere to the Bank's International Wealth - Premiermarketing guidelines.

• Manage operations risk and ensure that the Bank's operational standards and requirements are adhered to.

• Adhere to all bank's compliance standards.

• Implement service initiatives (in accordance with the Customer Experience guidelines) and ensure consistency of service quality and delivery

Who you are

• At least 6 years' experience in the banking and financial services industry with a strong track record in financial product sales & team management

• Good track record in effective team management

• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

• Effective management skills with strong leadership qualities

• Possess initiative, drive and ability to work independently as well as in a team
