in Singapore is seeking a Tech & Operations Analyst to design, build and maintain internal tools, including an internal CRM, and to support the technology stack across the firm and its portfolio companies. You will manage technology risk, coordinate with an external compliance advisor and IT provider, and occasionally provide light-touch technical guidance to portfolio companies as capacity grows.

Qualifications

• Technical background in computer science, engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Ability to build and ship using a modern web stack (React, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Vercel and database tooling like Supabase.
• Familiarity with SaaS administration and no-code/low-code tools (Airtable).
• Strong organization and ability to work independently with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools and CRM; own data hygiene.
• Coordinate technology risk and compliance activities with external advisors and IT provider.
• Provide light-touch technical support to portfolio companies over time.
• Document processes and tools for auditors or regulators.
