Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an undergraduate intern within Internal Communications, based in Singapore, focusing on digital content development, internal storytelling and employee engagement.

The role involves writing company news, producing stories, videos, graphics and animations, and supporting internal engagement campaigns with collaborations across Public Affairs. Strong writing, editing and basic AI tool proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Open to undergraduates in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Demonstrable experience in developing shareable corporate and social video/animations/infographics is a plus.
• Comfortable with using Microsoft Office 265 (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is an advantage.
• Basic proficiency in using Generative AI and AI tools to drive productivity and process efficiency.
• Able to commit full-time from January/February to July 2027 (6 months) while remaining enrolled in a recognised university.

Responsibilities

• Gather, produce and write company/staff news, blogs and Q&A features, collaborating with the Public Affairs' Digital Newsroom team for external publication.
• Conceptualise and develop original short and medium-format video content for internal platforms anchored to institutional narrative themes.
• Create and develop illustrations through infographics and animations to support corporate narratives told through a digital storytelling lens.
• Support the planning and execution of internal engagement initiatives and campaigns, working with internal stakeholders across teams.
• Project management: ensure timely progress and completion of projects.
