Job summary

Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, offers a 6-month full-time internship in Internal Communications, focusing on digital content development, storytelling and employee engagement.

You will create written stories, videos, graphics and support internal campaigns, collaborating with the Digital Newsroom team as needed. Open to undergraduates in communications, journalism, marketing, business or related fields. Commitment January/February 2027 to July 2027.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English with ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Strong interest in digital storytelling for internal audiences.
• Able to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, produce and write staff news, blogs and Q&A features for internal and external publication.
• Conceptualise and develop short/medium-format video content for internal platforms.
• Create illustrations through infographics and animations to support narratives.
• Support planning and execution of internal engagement campaigns.
• Project management to ensure on-time progress and completion.
