Internsg is seeking an Internal Audit Intern for December 2026 to support the Internal Audit function during FY2026 as we progress SOX/IPO readiness, governance, ERM, IT/cyber and AI governance activities. The role focuses on documentation, evidence collection, and coordination to scale with increasing audits.

You will assist with walkthrough notes, evidence tracking, control matrices, risk register updates, and ERM reporting templates under supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Internal Audit Documentation and Workpaper Support: Prepare walkthrough notes and documenting process discussions; Collate audit evidence and maintain evidence folders; Organize workpapers for traceability and review readiness; Populate test templates and track samples; Maintain follow-up logs for action plans and remediation status; Implement continuous monitoring tests with automation.
• SOX / IPO Readiness Support: Maintain Risk & Control Matrices and control narrative library; Track control owner sign-off and evidence status; Update SOX readiness playbooks and gap trackers; Maintain evidence dashboards, sign-off trackers and documentation status logs; Support documentation readiness as SOX evidence volume increases during IPO/SOX readiness period.
• ERM and Risk Governance Support: Update risk register based on inputs from Director; Follow up with risk owners on status updates; Build and refresh ERM reporting templates and heatmaps; Maintain risk owner status logs and mitigation trackers; Support IT/cyber/AI governance evidence inventory and template population.
