Job summary

Scoot is looking for a team member to join the Technical, Regulatory and Projects group to provide technical support for line operations, regulatory applications and project management. You will also work with stakeholders to ensure success in the role.

Key duties include compiling and analyzing fuel usage and block time data, managing Flight Operations inventory, supporting projects end-to-end, and maintaining documentation.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze fuel usage and block time data to identify trends
• Manage Flight Operations inventory with accurate stock levels and records
• Support Flight Operations projects end-to-end, coordinating stakeholders and resolving issues
• Maintain organized invoicing and correspondence; reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor closure of packages and ensure complete, compliant documentation
• Assist with post-flight envelope audits and archive records
• Import, publish, and update operational manuals with version control
• Support new crew device rollout by configuring and enrolling devices

• Support Flight Operations projects and initiatives end-to-end, including stakeholder coordination, testing, and implementation; track queries, and resolve technical issues with relevant teams
• Maintain organized housekeeping of invoices and correspondence; reconcile discrepancies and file documentation.
• Monitor and verify closure of packages, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
• Assist with post-flight envelope audits, validating accuracy and archiving records.
• Import, publish, and update operational manuals on the online platform with proper version control.
