Bosch ASEAN invites a motivated intern to join its Supply Chain team in Singapore for a 6-month internship. You will gain hands-on data analytics experience, contribute to ongoing projects, and learn from seasoned professionals.

As an Intern, Supply Chain Project Assistant, you will support data extraction, Power BI dashboards, and monthly reporting while collaborating with regional teams. Exposure to AI concepts and SAP experiences are valuable.

Qualifications

• Master's or undergraduate degree in Data Analytics, Logistics & Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Python, R, or similar programming tools.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or SAP (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, pro-active mindset, and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Support data analysis projects including data extraction, collation, and analysis using tools such as MS PowerBI, SQL, Python, and R
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives focused on Operational KPIs and Master parameters in coordination with regional and local operations teams
• Assist in preparing Business Case Presentations and Project Management documentation with the regional project team
• Support monthly reporting requirements aligned with specific project needs
• Provide general administrative support to the department on a regular or ad-hoc basis
• Optional Skills (Value Add): Exposure to AI concepts, particularly LLMs, Agentic AI, or other emerging AI technologies

Role Overview

As an Intern, Supply Chain Project Assistant, you will support operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Support data analysis projects including data extraction, collation, and analysis using tools such as MS PowerBI, SQL, Python, and R
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives focused on Operational KPIs and Master parameters in coordination with regional and local operations teams
• Assist in preparing Business Case Presentations and Project Management documentation with the regional project team
• Support monthly reporting requirements aligned with specific project needs
