Job summary

Bosch in Singapore is offering a motivated intern opportunity as a Supply Chain Project Assistant. You will support data analysis, reporting, and project documentation in a corporate environment, collaborating with regional teams to deliver real-world impact.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Master’s or undergraduate degree in data analytics, logistics, or supply chain, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Commitment for 6 months on a full-time basis.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics Operations.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, or SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support data analysis projects including data extraction, collation, and analysis using tools such as MS PowerBI, SQL, Python, and R.
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives focused on Operational KPIs and Master parameters in coordination with regional and local operations teams.
• Assist in preparing Business Case Presentations and Project Management documentation with the regional project team.
• Support monthly reporting requirements aligned with specific project needs.
• Provide general administrative support to the department on a regular or ad-hoc basis.
• Optional Skills (Value Add): Exposure to Artificial Intelligence concepts, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) or other emerging AI technologies.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Supply Chain Project Assistant, you will support operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Support data analysis projects including data extraction, collation, and analysis using tools such as MS PowerBI, SQL, Python, and R
• Participate in problem-solving initiatives focused on Operational KPIs and Master parameters in coordination with regional and local operations teams
