Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in IT/Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related.

• Interest: Keen to learn about software, business applications, cloud, data or how technology supports customers and business teams.
• Mindset: Curious, proactive, open to feedback and willing to ask questions when learning something new.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in monitoring and checking business applications to help keep systems running smoothly.
• Assist with testing, release checks and simple troubleshooting when system changes or fixes are made.
• Help prepare and update clear documentation, guides and support notes for the team.
• Work with engineers, testers and business users to understand issues, share updates and follow through on assigned tasks.
• Suggest simple ideas to improve processes, reduce manual work and make the user experience better.
