Job summary

Qualifications

• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review product CoA and release documents to meet customer requirements.
• Manage controlled SOPs to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• In‑coming material checks and coordinate with stakeholders for timing and release.
• Participate in non-conformance investigations and follow up with procurement.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing of product CoA and any other product release document to ensure it meet the customer requirement.
• Responsible for management of controlled SOP to ensure it meet ISO 9001 requirement.
• Responsible for in-coming material and work closely with key stakeholder to ensure timing testing and release of material.
• Participate in material non-conformance investigation and follow up with procurement timely on the supplier investigation outcome.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor .

By the end of this internship, you will:

• Develop agoodunderstanding of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and the role of a Quality Management System (QMS).
• Gain hands-on experience in critical material management, document control, and product release processes.
• Enhance problem-solving skills by conducting non-conformance investigations using quality tools such as Fishbone Diagrams, 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
