Job summary

Singapore Business Federation invites motivated interns to join SBFF Programme Team for research, data collection and event support. This role offers hands-on experience in programme management and social impact initiatives that uplift communities.

The intern will contribute to research, data collection, and coordinating with vendors for events, while learning about inclusive employment and social impact programming.

Job description

The SBF Foundation was established in 2013 by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF). As the social impact arm of SBF, the Foundation champions business-led efforts that strengthen Singapore’s social compact by uplifting lives, supporting inclusive employment, and empowering communities in need. To support our digital outreach, communications, and visual content efforts.

The intern will support the SBFF Programme Team in research, data collection and event execution. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in programme management and event support while contributing to meaningful initiatives that promote inclusive employment and support underserved communities.

The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative and keen to learn, with an interest in purposeful programme management and creating positive social impact.

• Develop engaging content for various online marketing and communications materials
• Design visuals and layouts for digital use, such as banners, infographics, social media graphics and presentations
• Support website updates and basic content management
• Assist in developing communications materials for outreach activities, preparing collaterals and coordinating with external vendors on event-related details
  

Requirements

• Preferably pursuing studies in Social Sciences, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Business, Communications, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Data Analytics or other related disciplines
• Strong organisational and data management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences and stakeholders
• Basic research and analytical skills
• Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of five months starting from Jan 2027
