Job summary

CapitaLand seeks a student intern to assist the Group Internal Audit team with its digital transformation, process improvement, and new digitalisation initiatives.

Role involves designing and enhancing audit workflows using data and technology, performing PoC data cleansing and modelling, and building data ingestion pipelines. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential; independence in a lean setting is valued.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and enhancement of processes, workflows and audit methodology through data and technology.

• Design, implement and test analytics use cases to detect anomalies, perform audit checks and measure/predict risks.
• Build new and enhance current data ingestion pipelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as appropriate.

Job Description

You will be assisting the Group Internal Audit team with its ongoing digital transformation, processimprovement initiatives, and new digitalisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and enhancement of existing processes, workflows, and audit methodologythrough data and technology
• Proof-of-concept assignments including, but not limited to data cleansing and modelling fordownstream analytics usage, coding, and scripting, process flowcharting, system documentation
• Design, implement, and test analytics use cases that may be used to detect anomalies, perform auditchecks, and measure/predict risks
• Build new and enhance current data ingestion pipelines
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as appropriate

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
• Able to communicate well and have a strong sense of logic
• Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization
• Innovative spirit, strong problem-solving aptitude, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with Power BI / Power Query will be a plus
• Able to work independently
