Job summary

Rolls-Royce Internship in Tukang, Singapore from January to May/June 2027. You will support automation and technology initiatives to streamline business processes, assist with daily operations, and help with order management documentation and reporting.

This role offers meaningful work from day one in a global company. You should be pursuing an Engineering degree, be analytical, proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to work at the Tukang office.

  • Maintain clear operational documents in shared folders, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Compile sales, inventory and other reports.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Order Management Team.

Role overview:

You’ll support the development of automation and technology initiatives aimed at streamlining business processes and improving efficiency. Additionally, you’ll assist with daily operations, including tracking project progress. Your role will also involve supporting documentation and reporting tasks related to order management.

The Rolls-Royce Solutions Asia Order Management (Marine Government Order Management APAC) Team supports the OE (Original Equipment) Sales team with order processing, delivery coordination, and cash flow management.

  • Supporting the development of IT solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
  • Assisting with daily operations, including cash management and billing plan tracking
  • Maintaining clear and accurate operational documents and procedures in shared folders, and contributing to process improvements as needed
  • Compiling various reports (e.g., sales reports, inventory reports)
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Order Management Team as required
Who we’re looking for:
  • Polytechnic diploma or university students pursuing Engineering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with flexibility, adaptability, and a can-do attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work at the Tukang (Jurong) office
