Job summary

Lion Global Investors Ltd is seeking a trainee analyst in Singapore to monitor investment guidelines and maintain rules and watch lists in Bloomberg AIM, while supporting compliance checks and audit preparation.

You will design and develop automation solutions using RPA tools, analyze business processes for automation opportunities, and assist with post-trade monitoring and client reporting. A strong learning mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergrad pursuing a degree in Business/Finance/Accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, self-motivated and fast learner.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Strong understanding of process automation and workflow design.
• Experience deploying automation or programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and surveillance of investment guidelines including setup/maintenance of rules and watch lists in Bloomberg AIM.
• Post-trade monitoring of investment guidelines and addressing breaches.
• Scheduled reporting to clients and trustee.
• Audit preparation and compliance checks controls.
• Design and develop automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and deploy RPA bots.

• Post trade monitoring of investment guidelines and following up on breaches identified


• Scheduled reporting to clients and trustee


• Audit preparation and Compliance manual checks controls


• Design and develop automation solutions using Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tool


• Analyze business process to identify opportunities for automation, build, test and deploy RPA bots to automate routine and repetitive tasks

Job Requirements:
