Job summary

Tribe is seeking an Intern for Innovation Programs in Singapore. You will assist across the full lifecycle of large-scale events, accelerator programs, and hackathons, gaining hands-on exposure to concept, planning, execution and reporting within a global ecosystem.

You will support planning, timelines, materials, stakeholder coordination and post-program summaries while contributing ideas to improve formats and experiences for participants and clients.

Qualifications

• In-person position based in Singapore; duration of at least 6 months.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in business, marketing, communications, events or related field.
• Prior experience in events, hackathons, student programs, startups, or community initiatives is a plus.
• Strong interest in innovation, startups, technology and program management.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of hackathons, ideathons, accelerator programs and events.
• Assist with timelines, agendas, communications and program materials.
• Prepare reports, presentations and post-program summaries.
• Contribute ideas to improve program formats and participant experience.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, mentors, speakers and stakeholders.
