Job summary

YTL PowerSeraya Pte. Limited is seeking a motivated HR intern to join its Singapore team. You will assist with sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and HR documentation while supporting employee engagement initiatives.

The role requires a current diploma/degree in HR-related fields and a commitment to a full-time, on-site internship for at least 3 months. You will work in a dynamic energy group known for its multi-utilities platform and strong industry presence.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Consulting/Management/Development, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline.
• Able to commit to a full-time on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
• Independent, energetic, and resourceful team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as preparing related HR documentation.
• Support HR operations and administrative activities, including document preparation and report generation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR transformation projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required.

• Able to commit to a full-time on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
• Independent, energetic, and resourceful team player.
• Strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to engage stakeholders confidently and professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
