Job summary

DKSH Management Ltd. in Singapore invites applications for a six-month Intern Group Internal Audit (Analyst) role at Novena Square. You will help strengthen the Group Internal Audit (GIA) capabilities by developing AI-powered workflows and data-driven audit testing.

You will extract and cleanse data from SAP and other core DKSH systems, support and improve Power BI dashboards, and contribute to automation initiatives using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Python/SQL scripting.

Qualifications

• University degree in CS, CE, or Data Analytics, or a mix of Accounting and Technology.
• Experience with Power BI dashboards and data visualization.
• Strong scripting experience in Python or SQL, with data cleansing abilities.

About The Role

This is a six (6) months internship role. As an Internal Audit Intern (Analyst), you will play a meaningful role in advancing DKSH's Group Internal Audit (GIA) capabilities by developing intelligent, data-driven solutions that strengthen continuous risk and control monitoring. This internship offers you the opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a real-world corporate environment where innovation and accountability are at the forefront.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive the development of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered workflows and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, and Power Apps to automate internal audit processes and enhance the effectiveness of audit testing.


• Ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis by extracting and cleansing data from SAP and other core DKSH systems for audit review.


• Support and continuously improve existing Power BI dashboards through hands-on development and troubleshooting, delivering clear and actionable visibility of risks and controls for the GIA team.


• Contribute to automation initiatives using Power Automate and related tools, identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency across audit workflows.


• Interpret, validate, and fix scripts (including those produced with AI assistance), ensuring all technical outputs are accurate, reliable, and fully understood before use.


• Support the identification of anomalies and emerging risks through ad-hoc data analysis to allow timely and evidence-based audit decisions.

What You Bring

• University degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Analytics; candidates with a combination of Accounting and Technology education are also welcome to apply.


• Demonstrated, practical experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, troubleshooting, and data visualization.


• Proficiency in coding and scripting, with the ability to understand, write, and fix scripts using Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), or similar languages.


• Prior exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Apps will be an added advantage.


• Genuine interest in automation and process improvement.


• Clear and confident communicator in English, with the ability to present ideas, explain technical concepts, and proactively suggest process improvements.


• Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to manage assigned projects, track progress independently, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
