Job summary

Grab for Business in Singapore is seeking an intern to support the Account Management team with customer acquisition and portfolio growth. You will use Salesforce and internal tools to identify prospects, conduct outreach, qualify client needs, coordinate meetings with Account Managers, and analyse account data to inform growth opportunities.

This role is fully onsite at Grab HQ from January to May / August 2027. You will report to Manager, Grab for Business.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience conducting cold outreach, engaging prospective clients, and coordinating follow-ups with Account Managers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, and data organisation.
• Ability to identify client needs, maintain accurate records, and approach account-related challenges logically.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, data analysis, content creation, or workflow improvement.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce and internal tools to identify prospective business clients, conduct cold outreach, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
• Understand prospective clients' needs, explain Grab for Business solutions, and maintain accurate opportunity and follow-up records.
• Analyse CRM and internal data to identify account-growth opportunities and provide clear recommendations to Account Managers.
• Prepare meeting materials, account updates, and action trackers for team discussions and projects.
• Support client and Account Manager coordination by following up on agreed actions and contributing to projects.

Get to Know the Role

As a Grab for Business Intern, you will support the Singapore Account Management team with customer acquisition and portfolio growth. You will use Salesforce and internal tools to identify prospects, conduct outreach, qualify client needs, coordinate meetings with Account Managers, and analyse account data to inform growth opportunities. You will also support team projects and prepare clear updates for internal discussions. This role is fully onsite at Grab HQ from January to May / August of 2027. You will report to Manager, Grab for Business.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
