Job summary

DHL Express (Singapore) Pte. Ltd invites you to join our Strategic Growth team as an intern, supporting agile initiatives across multiple countries and gaining exposure to supply chain strategy, market research, and KPI monitoring.

Under supervision, you will help develop BD strategies, dashboards (Power BI), data analysis, and present plans to senior management, while building practical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficient in verbal and written English.
• Familiar with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in data processing and visualization is a plus (Power BI, SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Identify trends to define opportunities, develop concepts and business cases.
• Develop BD strategy including growth forecasts and go-to-market plans.
• Develop sector and product strategies with regions and countries.
• Support development of global strategy through market research and data analysis.
• Design and develop tools/dashboards to monitor KPIs defined by the business.
• Develop and implement processes in context of regional strategy.
• Present plans and updates to senior management.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidance of the Strategic Growth managers, you will be assisting to deliver projects covering the following:

• Identification of trends to define opportunities, develop concepts & business cases
• Development of BD strategy including growth forecasts and go-to-market plans.
• Development of sector and product strategies, together with regions & countries
• Support in the development of global strategy, including market research and data processing / analysis as required
• Design and develop tools / dashboards to monitor progress on KPIs defined by the business
• Development and implementation of processes and frameworks in context of regional strategy
• Presentation of plans and updates to senior management

Requirements
