Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is seeking an Intern, GeoSpatial Systems & Solutions, to contribute to data quality, spatial editing, and basic spatial analysis within the GeoSpatial Systems & Solutions team.

You will perform data cleaning, QA/QC checks, and update GIS feature classes and geodatabases. The role requires GIS proficiency and collaboration within a team, with opportunities to learn ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online or QGIS.

Qualifications

• Student enrolled in Geography, Geospatial Science, Urban Planning or Environmental Science.
• Basic programming knowledge is preferred.
• GIS and data analysis is mandatory.

What we are looking for

• Student in Geography, Geospatial Science, Urban Planning, Environmental Science or a related field.
• Basic Programming is preferable

GIS and data analysis is mandatory

Proficiency in ESRI ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online or QGIS

• Ability to write efficient, well-documented code and think critically
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Positive mindset and willing to learn
• Able to commit full time from September 2026 to January 2027 /October 2026 to March 2027 for at least 3 to 6 months.
