Job summary

GrabRentals (GR) is developing a comprehensive fleet management system and seeking a full-time internship in Singapore to continue building it in Zoho Creator under the Fleet Manager. You will work with teammates to track progress and escalate complex issues to IT leadership.

From January 2027, a six-month internship will provide hands-on experience with Deluge and JavaScript, dashboards, and Salesforce migration support, along with data mapping and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a CS or related degree.
• Solid Java foundation and DB design basics.
• Experience with Zoho Creator or similar low-code tools.
• Proficient in Deluge and JavaScript; familiar with Java or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Zoho Creator components.
• Write clean, scalable Deluge and JavaScript code.
• Develop dashboards to support GrabRentals growth.
• Assist with Zoho Creator–to–Salesforce migration and mapping.
• Document data structures and API integrations for Salesforce.

Get to Know the Team

GrabRentals (GR) secures vehicular supply for the Grab platform. We aim to be a partner that creates income opportunities for our driver‑partners by sustainably providing them access to quality assets for use in Grab's marketplaces. We require a comprehensive fleet management system for data analysis to better unlock the value of our assets.

Get to Know the Role

You will continue developing the end-to-end fleet management system in Zoho Creator under the Fleet Manager's direction. You will collaborate with team members to keep them informed of progress and escalating complex issues to the IT Manager. In parallel, you will support the Zoho Creator–to–Salesforce migration through documentation, data/API mapping, Salesforce prototyping, and contributing to planning and design.

This is a full‑time internship that runs from January 2027 onwards (6 months).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Zoho Creator Development & Optimization
• You will write clean, efficient, and scalable Deluge and JavaScript code tailored to organisational needs.
• You will develop dashboards and functionalities to support the growth of GrabRentals and improve operational efficiency.
• You will test, debug, and document software components to meet defined quality standards.
• Salesforce Migration & UI/UX Design
• You will map process flows and design Salesforce interfaces to support clear and intuitive user journeys.
• You will build Salesforce prototypes and wireframes based on technical design requirements.
• You will document existing data structures and API integrations, and map them to the new Salesforce environment.
• You will support transition planning through project planning, workload estimation, and technical documentation.
• Project Execution & Testing
• You will coordinate deliverables, track project timelines, provide progress updates, and elevate risks promptly.
• You will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to identify issues and verify that processes meet defined requirements.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Currently pursue a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Solid foundation in Java programming language and database design
• Experience with Zoho Creator, or comparable low-code platform
• Proficient in Deluge and JavaScript; experience with Java or Python
• Knowledge of software development practices and methodologies
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while observing best practices
• Independent learner who excels in a VUCA environment.
