Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is looking for an enthusiastic intern to assist in the Facilities Department, contributing to operations at our Integrated Resort in Singapore. Responsibilities include supporting supervisors on various projects, coordinating workflows, and partaking in project meetings.

This role requires a full-time matriculated student with excellent communication skills and a strong initiative. Training will be provided, and various administrative duties will be involved during the internship.

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
• Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.
• No experience required as training will be provided.

Assist the Facilities Department in supporting the operations of the Integrated Resort.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and provide support to supervisor on various Projects across all areas of Facilities that involving handling related Scope of Work(SOW) and prepare of report tabulation and analysis, work schedules and make necessary arrangements on execution of these projects
• Coordinate with various internal and external parties to facilitate work flow
• Support in documentations and Involve in various project meeting and assists with minutes taking, tracking of progress and schedule of work.
• Assists with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or Safe Work Procedure (SWP) write-ups on how to respond to specific work trade.
• To assist with other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform administrative duties as requested

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student
• Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements

Experience

• No experience required as training will be provided

Other Prerequisites

• Strong initiative with an interest in Facilities Maintenance/ Management and Technical write-ups
• Excellent communication skills and communicate effectively in English
• Pays attention to details
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• A team player and takes initiative to assist other Team Members when required
• Well-groomed and professional disposition
• Preferably have completed fundamental engineering and math modules
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
