Job summary

Coherent Corp. in Singapore is seeking a data analytics professional to design, develop, and maintain data warehouse systems for store receiving and issuance, ensuring reliable and scalable data flows.

You will translate business needs into long-term data models, create ETL pipelines, profile data to identify anomalies, and build reports and dashboards. You will collaborate with data architects and reporting teams to improve data quality, governance, and user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science or business analytics, or related data analytics courses.
• Proficiency in data management tools including Excel, SQL and data visualization software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Store & Logistic (Supply Chain Management)

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse systems for store receiving & issuance.
• Analyze and translate business needs into long-term solution data models.
• Develop and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
• Work closely with data architects, reporting teams, and other business units to ensure data solutions are aligned with company needs.
• Create data reports, visualizations, and dashboards.
• Improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality through process enhancements and data governance practices.
• Conduct training and provide technical support for users of the data warehouse system when necessary.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree major in Data science/ Business Analyst preferred or any relevant courses in data analytics.

Skills
