Job summary

Marina Bay Sands invites a full-time internship for a current student to join our AI and project delivery teams. You will contribute to AI projects, participate in tender bidding, and assist contract administration and project tracking.

You will gain hands-on experience across cost management, documentation, and stakeholder liaison within a fast-paced hospitality project environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time current student.
• No experience required as training will be provided.
• Basic understanding of python programming and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Able to commit to full-time internship from Monday to Friday.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data and documents.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in AI-related projects including coding and technical tasks.
• Support tender bidding activities such as issuing tenders, receiving submissions, and preparing recommendations.
• Assist contracts administration including cost management, entitlements, recourses and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate with Development and Project Management teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist with internal project administration and monitoring reports/tracker.
• Assist with payment certificates for consultants and contractors.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in AI-related projects as required, which may include coding and technical implementation tasks.
• Support tender bidding process with activities such as issuance of tender, receiving and analyzing tender submissions and preparation of recommendation report.
• Support both consultancy and contractor contracts administration including cost management, contractual entitlements and recourses and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Support and liaison with Development and Project Management Team to ensure timely deliverables during various stages of the projects.
• Assist with internal reports/tracker for project administration and monitoring.
• Assist with payment certificates for consultants and contractors.
