Job summary

Prestige Biopharma Limited in Singapore is seeking an intern to support clinical quality activities and assist with the management of the Quality Management System (QMS). The role includes tasks related to process improvement, documentation, and training, with no prior experience required as comprehensive onboarding will be provided.

The ideal candidate should be a GCE A Level or Diploma holder, proficient in Microsoft Office, and eager to learn. The position is a full-time internship lasting at least six months.

Qualifications

• No working experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
• Ability to start within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist with clinical quality related activities.
• Maintain document control of Quality Management System (QMS).
• Participate in process improvement activities and data consolidation.

Job Description

• Support and assist with clinical quality related activities
• Keen to learn about the landscape of clinical trials
• Support in document control of Quality Management System (QMS)
• Support in process improvement activities and consolidation of data
• Gain exposure and learn about clinical quality related activities – ICH GCP guidelines, communication, audits and management of vendors’ activities
• Support in creation of trackers, preparation of meeting minutes as required
• Support in QMS and trial related trainings
• Support in other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

• Min Qualification: GCE A Level/ Diploma Holder
• No working experiences needed as on the job training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
• Good computer skills, inclined to adapt to technology
• Able to start within short notice
• Able to commit for minimum 6 months
