Job summary

Prestige Biopharma Limited is seeking a full-time intern to support clinical operations in Singapore. The role involves assisting with clinical documentation, maintaining clinical trackers, and supporting process improvement activities. No prior experience is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided. The ideal candidate should have a GCE A Level or diploma and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

This role requires a commitment of 6 months, and lunch will be provided during the internship.

Job Description

• Support clinical operations related activities for the assigned clinical projects
• Assist Clinical Operations department in accurately updating and maintaining clinical trackers that track site compliance and performance within project timelines
• Assist the clinical operations team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports according to Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and standard operating procedures
• Assist with periodic review of study files for accuracy and completeness
• Support in process improvement activities and consolidation of data
• Reviewing of Essential Documents
• Designing of posters, powerpoint slides and trackers as required
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications

• Min Qualification: GCE A Level/ Diploma Holder
• No working experience needed as on the job training will be provided
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Able to start within short notice
• Able to commit for 6 months
