Qualifications

• Background in Business or Finance preferred but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Help organize and maintain operational documentation and process workflows.
• Assist with data compilation, analysis, and reporting using Excel or similar tools.
• Support cross-functional team communication and project coordination.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
• Learn and understand operational risk frameworks and governance principles.
• Assist with administrative tasks and general team support as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience or coursework in Business or Finance is preferred but not required
• Skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), AI (Claude, ChatGPT) and Python is essential
• Good command of verbal, written and presentation skills and confidence in speaking with front office personnel
• Personality that reflects enthusiasm, willing to work and collaborate with others, energetic and enthusiastic
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines
