Job summary

QCP, Asia’s leading digital asset partner, seeks a technically inclined student to design and develop a scalable web dashboard integrating data from multiple IT and security domains. You will collaborate with tower leads to standardize KPIs, build pipelines and APIs from various systems, and create intuitive visualizations that map to business and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Familiarity with frontend development (React, Vue, or similar frameworks).
• Basic experience with backend development (Python, Node.js, Java).
• Understanding of APIs, data integration, and databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Interest in data visualization and dashboard development
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a scalable, web-based dashboard integrating data across multiple IT and security domains
• Collaborate with tower leads to define, standardize, and onboard KPIs and KRIs
• Build data ingestion pipelines and API integrations from systems such as monitoring/observability tools, ITSM/service desk platforms, security systems (e.g., SIEM, vulnerability tooling), IAM and audit tracking systems
• Develop intuitive visualizations and reporting layers covering service reliability (uptime, SLAs/SLOs), incident/change metrics, network/infrastructure health, security posture
• Implement an executive dashboard layer translating technical data into business insights and trends
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability for audit/regulatory requirements
• Work with Audit & Governance to align outputs with internal controls and reporting standards
• Assist the IT Governance Lead in cyber security initiatives, including tabletop exercises and post-exercise reporting
• Document system architecture, data sources, and methodologies
