Job summary

Bosch Singapore invites a motivated intern to join the Business Digital Office for a six-month period. This hands-on role offers exposure to real projects and mentorship from experienced professionals, with opportunities to contribute to data-driven improvements.

You will work with Power BI, SQL and Python to transform data, build dashboards, and support process enhancements, while developing professional presentation and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects whilst learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Business Digital Office, you will support operations and learning initiatives in collaboration with experienced team members.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

1. Support development of processes and tools to analyse business performance, identify cycle time improvements, and recommend process enhancements.
2. Transform raw data using Python, SQL, or Power BI depending on dataset complexity.
3. Build analytical views and dashboards in Power BI based on specified requirements.
4. Manage requirements analysis, track implementation progress, and support the development and pitch of new solutions through presentations and documentation.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

1. Able to work full-time or part-time for a period of 6 months.
2. Fast learner with an open, agile mindset and strong business acumen.
3. Strong proficiency in Power BI with advanced DAX knowledge.
4. Solid experience with SQL and Python for data transformation and analytics.
5. Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
6. Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
