Job summary

ING is seeking a six-month, full-time Internship in Singapore within the Asset Securitisation (ASec) team. You will support origination, structuring and execution of ABS/RMBS programmes and collaborate with Bond Syndicate to drive securitisation projects across the APAC region.

The role offers a hands-on environment with credit memos, cashflow modelling and market monitoring. Candidates should be undergraduates in math/economics/econometrics, have strong analytical skills and excellent English

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in mathematics, economics or econometrics.
• Interest in wholesale banking or securitisation preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and numerical ability.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Able to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, structuring and execution of ABS/RMBS programmes.
• Collaborate with Bond Syndicate on capital markets transactions.
• Prepare credit memos and perform cashflow modelling for deals.
• Analyse ABS/RMBS methodologies and risk considerations.
• Monitor APAC/Europe securitisation markets and opportunities.
• Engage with issuers and investors as part of deal activity.
