GenZero is seeking an intern to help design and build AI-enabled workflows across the firm in Singapore. This role involves creating practical systems and documentation to streamline investment processes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and strong communication and analytical skills. You will support various teams in adopting AI tools effectively, developing workflows tailored to business needs.
GenZero is an investment platform company focused on accelerating decarbonisation globally. Founded by Temasek, we seek to deliver positive climate impact alongside long-term sustainable financial returns by investing in opportunities with the potential to be nurtured into impactful and scalable solutions.
Driven by a common purpose to decarbonise for future generations, we recognise the need for a holistic and integrated approach to achieve a net zero world. At GenZero, we adopt a flexible investment approach across three focus areas to drive climate impact: (i) nature-based solutions that help protect and restore our natural ecosystems while benefiting local communities and biodiversity; (ii) technology-based solutions that deliver deep decarbonisation impact; and (iii) carbon ecosystem enablers which refer to companies and solutions that support the development of an effective, efficient, and credible carbon ecosystem.

We are looking for an intern to help design, build, and scale AI-enabled workflows across the firm. This is not a general research or operations role. The core output of this role is to create practical, production-ready single-agent and multi-agent workflows that improve how teams work across investment and corporate functions.
This person should be highly comfortable using leading AI tools. They should be able to move beyond simple prompting and help translate real business workflows into repeatable AI systems, documented prompt libraries, and agent-based automations.
The ideal candidate is someone who is both hands-on and structured: comfortable experimenting quickly with AI tools, but also disciplined enough to document workflows, test outputs, and build repeatable systems that others can use. They should be curious about how work gets done inside an organisation and motivated to turn that understanding into useful AI-enabled workflows.
