Software Engineer Intern — AI Agents & Automation

Role Description (6 months)

This is a full-time, on-site internship in Singapore for a Software Engineer Intern building AI agents and automations for our internal operations — from drafting client proposals to analysing Instagram content and streamlining workflows across sales, content, and ops. We're looking for someone with a solid technical foundation who wants to grow those skills by applying them in a real marketing agency.

Day in Your Life

• Design and build AI agents that automate proposal generation, content analysis, and other multi-step internal workflows
• Build agents that can pull and analyse video/content data from Instagram links (e.g. engagement patterns, format, hooks) to inform strategy
• Connect and orchestrate our tool stack — HubSpot, Zapier, Calendly, Frame, Claude, ChatGPT — into cohesive automated workflows
• Configure and fine-tune LLM prompts, tool use, and agent logic (Claude/ChatGPT) for reliability and accuracy
• Build and maintain API integrations, including authentication, webhooks, and error handling
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automations as workflows evolve
• Document agent logic and workflows so non-technical teammates can use and maintain them

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Comfortable working with APIs — REST APIs, webhooks, authentication
• Experience building with or strong interest in LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT) — prompt design, tool use, or agent frameworks
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) or willingness to learn
• Comfortable using Git for version control
• Strong problem-solving skills, comfortable working with limited documentation
• Able to take ownership of a project and drive it to completion, learning whatever's needed along the way to get there
• Genuinely interested in growing your AI/automation skillset by applying it to real marketing and business problems, not just building for the sake of building
• Bonus: experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), LangChain, or similar agent-building frameworks
• Bonus: experience with the Instagram/Meta API or web scraping for content data
• Bonus: basic understanding of databases (SQL or similar)
• Hands-on experience building production AI agents used by a real team, not just prototypes
• Exposure to a full automation stack spanning CRM, scheduling, content, and communication tools
• Practical experience designing agent workflows for real business functions — sales, proposals, content strategy
• Mentorship from a team that builds and ships AI-driven systems daily
