Job summary

APAYLATER FINANCIALS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive student for a full-time internship in Account Management.

You will collaborate with managers to craft scalable strategies, update merchants on campaigns, and craft persuasive messages to recruit partners for promotional initiatives. Gain hands-on experience analyzing performance trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices. You will leverage Excel/Sheets and visualization tools to identify growth opportunities and support reporting

Qualifications

• Pursuing a diploma/degree in business or a related field.
• Ability to work full-time for at least 6 months.
• Strong written and verbal communication for external partners.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on scaled Account Management strategies with Account Managers.
• Assist merchant updates on campaigns and events.

• Collaborate with Account Managers/Associates on the development of scaled Account Management strategies
• Assist the Account Management team in providing merchant updates on campaigns and key events.
• Create compelling messages to encourage partners to join promotional campaigns, participate in special initiatives, and optimize their performance on the platform.
• Research and analyze performance trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
• Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for merchant partner growth.
• Provide administrative and operational support for merchant accounts
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations on campaign performance and insights.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field
• Able to commit to at least 6 months full-time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging for external partners
• Comfortable working with data - proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas); familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
• Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or platform/marketplace business models is a plus
• Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides for building client-facing presentations
• Prior internship or project experience in account management, sales, marketing, or customer success is a plus but not required
