Job summary

Evooq, a global tech provider for wealth managers, seeks an AI Intern in Singapore to run a live, revenue-generating outreach program from day one. You will research banks, identify contacts, draft messages, and manage responses using AI tools, under Sales supervision.

This is a non-traditional internship with mentorship from the Managing Director, weekly feedback, and a formal end-of-internship review.

Job Description

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial services business development. You will be the primary operator of an AI-powered outreach engine designed to identify and engage key decision-makers at banks across the region — replicating and improving upon a model previously managed by a third-party contractor.

Working directly with the Sales Organisation, you will use AI tools to conduct deep research on target banks, identify the right contacts, generate highly personalized outreach messages, and manage the pipeline of responses. This is not a traditional internship. You will not be filing documents or formatting spreadsheets. You will be building and running a live, revenue-generating outreach programme from day one, with AI as your primary tool.

This role is ideal for an individual with a genuine curiosity about AI, a commercial mindset, and the communication skills to engage credibly with senior banking professionals.

As an AI Intern you will be responsible for the following:

• AI-Powered Research and Contact Identification Using AI's Wide Research capability, you will conduct parallel, large-scale research across a defined list of target banks to identify the key decision-makers relevant to our business.
• You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, up-to-date prospect database, organized by bank, region, and contact tier.
• Message Drafting and Quality Review You will work with Sales team and using AI tools to generate personalized connection requests and follow-up messages for each identified contact.
• Outreach Execution and Inbox Management you will execute the approved outreach campaigns, ensuring that daily sending volumes remain within safe limits to protect the account.
• Pipeline Reporting and Optimisation On a weekly basis, you will prepare a concise pipeline report to track the sales engagements.
• Process Documentation You will refine and document each step in a clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

Who We Are Looking For

Academic Background You are a penultimate or final-year undergraduate student at a Singapore university, preferably studying Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Students from any faculty with a demonstrable interest and skills in AI and business development are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Attributes

The ideal candidate brings a combination of commercial curiosity and technical comfort. You do not need to be a programmer, but you should be genuinely excited about using AI tools to get things done. You write clearly and concisely in English, and you understand that a message to a CFO must read very differently from a message to a peer. You are organized, self-directed, and comfortable working with ambiguity — this role involves building something new, not following a fully defined playbook.

What We Offer

Beyond the monthly salary, you will receive direct mentorship from our Managing Director, structured weekly feedback sessions, and a formal mid-term and end-of-internship review. We will provide a written reference letter upon successful completion of the engagement. Where your university requires a supervisor report or learning journal as part of a credit-bearing internship module, we are fully prepared to support this.

You will also have access to the AI tools used in the role at no personal cost for the duration of the engagement.
