Position: Interior Designer

Pass Type: S Pass / E Pass

Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Monthly Off: 4 days

JOB SUMMARY

A reputed Interior Decoration & Design Company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Interior Designer with strong expertise in shopping mall and commercial interior design.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with project stakeholders, and supporting projects from the initial concept stage through completion.

Shopping mall interior design experience is mandatory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for shopping malls and commercial spaces.
• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, elevations, and presentation materials.
• Translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically appealing design solutions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Manage and monitor interior design projects from concept development through project completion.
• Conduct site visits and provide design coordination and technical support when required.
• Ensure all designs comply with project specifications, quality standards, and company requirements.
• Review drawings and coordinate design changes with relevant project teams.
• Prepare design presentations and effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Mandatory experience in shopping mall interior design.
• Relevant experience in commercial/interior design projects.
• Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D interior design and drafting software.
• Good understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, and design detailing.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Ability to manage assignments independently and meet project deadlines.
• Candidates must be able to provide a professional portfolio containing design drawings/projects.
