Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Required skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp.
• Beneficial skills: Revit.
• Creative and good knowledge of detail drawings.
• Prefer 2-3 years' of experience.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize interior design with architects/design team and clients.
• Develop the design and present it to the client.
• Deliver the project in detailed design, material selection, coordination with other professionals and more.
• Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments.
• Pre-contract job management, contract procedures, correspondence and report.
• Strong conceptual design and design development skills.
• Strong verbal and graphic communication skills; client relationship skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
• 2D technical drawing and 3D modelling/rendering.
• Preparation of specifications, tender documents and construction drawings.
• Site visits and meetings with Contractors/Consultants/Local Authority Officers.
• Supervising the construction to ensure design intent is met.
• Office procedures and admin.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Working closely with the architects/design team and clients to conceptualize the interior design. Developing the design and presenting them to the Client.
• Extensive knowledge of all aspects of interior design including workplace design strategy and best practices, space planning, programming, colour and material selection, detailing and FF&E packages.
• Delivering the project in detailed design, material selection, coordination with other professionals and more.
• Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments.
• Pre-contract job management, contract procedures, correspondence and report.
• Strong conceptual design and design development skills.
