Job summary

ID21 Pte Ltd is seeking a senior interior designer to lead corporate office projects in Singapore. You will develop and execute high quality design concepts, shaping interiors for dynamic workplaces.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage presentations, and oversee the design process from concept to installation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. A strong portfolio and leadership in corporate interiors are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate interior design and interior architecture.
• BS or BA in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent.
• Excellent design flair, highly creative with attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work fast.
• Strong portfolio in corporate office interior design.

• Create and formulate design presentation strategies.
• Enjoy client-facing presentations with excellent client liaison skills.
• Oversee interior design process for entire project consistent with project timeline, budget and program.
• Ability to coordinate material and colour selection, interior construction administration and installation.
• To be able to muilti-task and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Coordinate with all internal and external parties related to the project.
