Job summary

PAID STUDIO LLP is seeking a design-focused architect to assist the team leader, develop concepts, and prepare tender details in a fast-paced Singapore office. You will work with the project team to realize design intent and manage junior staff while refining materials and finishes.

The role emphasizes developing concepts through sketching, 3D rendering and traditional drawings, advancing design development, and coordinating with the team to achieve project goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• A strong passion for architecture, interior architecture and interior design.
• Good knowledge in colour and materials selection.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit and PowerPoint.
• Relish working in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
